The ‘Physio On Hold’ messaging system is software based. Your messages are fully controlled by 'State of the Art' on hold messaging software that can be installed on any one of your office PCs. The Physio On Hold Software gives you the ability to choose what  on hold messages are played, when, for how long, at what rotation rate, all with background music.                   

This package comes complete with everything you need. All you have to do is load ithe On Hold Messaging Software onto your existing computer and plug a lead from your PC speaker port to telephone system or your existing on hold input.  It really is as simple as that.

There are no contracts, no monthly service fees or expensive digital players to rent or buy. You have 100% control over the selection of  on hold messages played.  We believe there is nothing else available on the market offering the same features at this price. Nothing else even comes close.

Phone Types Suitable For On Hold Messages

You will have one of 2 telephone types - a PABX style system that will either have an existing MOH (Messages On Hold) port, or it will have the capacity to deliver messages on hold.  If you are replacing an existing On Hold Messaging System or the radio then you already have the necessary MOH port.  If you cannot see the MOH port on your phone system, contact your supplier as they might need to install a suitable message on hold port.

The other phone system type is a single line system - a basic conventional residential/business phone.  To use Physio On Hold  messages with this type of phone you will need to purchase an inexpensive adapter for approximately $200 + gst.   We can supply this to you direct from the manufacturer.
